Mito Sea Paradise , the 2nd oldest aquarium in Japan , is located in Izu Peninsula. In 1982 they started sea otters' exhibit, and succeed breeding them 2 years later . (Both were the very first time in Japan!)

Kamogawa Sea World
A ringed seal pup were born on Feb 21. She and her mom are now on exhibit in Kamogawa Sea World, Japan.
I went to a small aquarium, Futami Sea Paradise, in Mie prefecture. Gladly, the clawless-otter babies were born in March 17th, here at Futami.
